Jeffrey Hunter Jr. graduated with a Master of Fine Arts degree in Writing for the Screen and Stage from Northwestern University in 2023, and he is currently an associate artist for Second Site, a playmakers’ coalition native to Chicago. In the past he has taught Foundations of Screenwriting under the School of Communication at Northwestern. He has also used his Bachelor of Arts in Biology degree from the University of North Texas to give research talks at the University of Liverpool about vision and neurodevelopment, and present research findings on the subject at the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology conference in 2021. Presently, he serves and mentors graduate students as the Program Assistant for the Master of Science in Communications Program.
